I had a great experience working with Tralise Witherspoon on our cash-out refinance! She took the time to understand our financial and home project goals and explained how a cash-out refinance could help us achieve them. Her expertise and dedication were evident every step of the way. Even though it wasn't necessarily a great time to refinance given the current interest rates, she was able to secure an interest rate that we were comfortable with. It allowed us to access some of the equity in our home to fund a new deck and clear up some debt. In my opinion, Tralise Witherspoon is top-notch! When we were met with a couple of barriers during the process, she was right there to advocate and assist us with navigating through them.
