Our loan officer Aaron Leal gave us above and beyond excellent customer service with helping us get our loan. He even came to our house when we had our computer crash and couldn't access the Internet. Aaron was just great !!<br>Barrett Financial however does need to make good on their advertisement of servicing loans on Saturday. When it came down to it, they said there was no staff working on the Saturday after our three day right of refusal ended on a Friday. This delay was further compounded because that following Monday was federal holiday and everything was closed. The delay of our loan funding caused us some problems on our end, but thankfully finally went through.
